1. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is paid directly to the courier when the package arrives or is picked up, and is not included in the total you pay at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, the package is handed to your chosen courier for delivery.
3. Courier Options
We ship via JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Anteraja, or another courier on request at checkout.
4. Shipping Risk
Shipping risk transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier the buyer chose. Damage or loss in transit is a claim against the courier; we help by providing any documents needed for that claim.
5. Packing Standard
Every package is packed to our standard. If you need extra packing (e.g. double boxing), mention it in your order notes at checkout.
